Tarima is a red wine from D.O. Alicante produced by Bodegas Volver in Pinoso, a town in Alicante with a great wine tradition. The winery was founded in 2004 by Rafael Cañizares, a renowned oenologist in the area of La Mancha, and Jorge Ordoñez, a well-known imported of Spanish wines. All its vineyards are planted in vase-shape, so agriculture is carried out traditionally with no machinery.
